As the competition between Eden (Agot Isidro) and Olivia (Maricel Laxa) intensifies in their bid to become Nurse Manager of OK Hospital, Eden suggests that they take a break from the tension by sharing a few drinks at a bar, hoping the session will allow her to know Olivia’s secrets.
They settle into a game where each shot of alcohol comes with one question. Eden takes the first shot and asks Olivia about the facilities she worked at before joining OK Hospital, to which Olivia mentions that she only worked in two institutions—San Juan Grace and Montesso Mercy.
The response piques Eden’s curiosity, though she deflects from further probing since the rule is strictly one question per drink. Still, Eden can’t help but wonder. To her knowledge, neither of the two facilities has in-patient psychiatric units, which makes her question how Olivia managed to land a post at OK Hospital with such limited experience.
After another round, Eden blurts out why Olivia seems unusually interested in Samuel (Michael De Mesa)'s condition. Olivia brushes the question aside, steering the conversation instead toward relationships. That’s when Eden drops a chilling confession that she once had a husband she left to die. Olivia, for her part, also reveals that she has someone she loves.
