Just when Divina (Rosanna Roces) thought that her husband, Brando (Roi Vinzon), has already changed after all these years that they’d been separated, she was appalled to witness him flirting with another woman while she and their son, Rockyboy (Baron Geisler), were having breakfast.
Hurt by what she had just seen, Divina confronted him, which made Brando conclude that she was jealous. She strongly denied it, conveying that she felt disrespected instead as she brought another woman in his house and even proudly showed it off to her and Rockyboy. He may not have said it directly, but he implied to her that he only accepted her back to his house because she sought his protection against Tanggol (Coco Martin) and not because she still considers her as his wife.
This prompted Divina to walk off, with her dependable right-hand man, Emil (Jay Gonzaga), trailing her until they stopped at an area where there was just the two of them. He advised her to just endure first the emotional pain inflicted on her by Brando since they still needed him. Divina confirmed that she had no plans to abandon her family again, but she considers taking revenge on her husband by seemingly cheating with him as well.
Meanwhile, Rockyboy swung by at his father’s office for them to discuss what just happened, asking him why he did it to Divina. Brando didn’t show any hint of remorse for what he did and went on to accuse his unico hijo of siding with his mom and making it appear that he was the one at fault.
Rockyboy, however, clarified to him that he was not taking sides, and he was just worried that their family issues would have a negative impact on their business. Besides, he was already tired of their arguments, so he requested Brando for them to just stop.
