His new position as the chief of the Quiapo Police has apparently already gotten in Rigor’s (John Estrada) head based on how he behaved not just towards his wife, Marites (Cherry Pie Picache), and their neighbors in San Dimas, but at the police station as well.
As everyone made their gestures of respect at him as soon as he stepped into the precinct, he noticed that one of them didn’t—Hector (Aljur Abrenica), who used to be the officer-in-charge. So, he called him out and confronted him about not saluting him, which the latter did against his will.
Rigor was reminded by all the nasty remarks he had received from his former higher-ups and Marites. As he looked at and held his police uniform, he vowed to use his power to exact vengeance against the people who belittled him.
Afterwards, he summoned Hector to convey that he had chosen him to lead the transfer of Don Julio (Tommy Abuel) and Franco (John Medina) to the city jail. He reminded him to prepare for it since, aside from the fact that the two are considered high-profile criminals, there’s also a possibility that Tanggol (Coco Martin) and his group will show up to stop the operations.
Hector made double-meaning comments about not letting Tanggol flee on their possible encounter, which Rigor assumed were directed at him after Ramon (Christopher de Leon) was able to escape from them during their back-to-back operations against the Montenegro Drug Syndicate.
This prompted Rigor to remind him of his position and to warn him not to test him since he would not hesitate to expel him from that station. He told him, “Kung di mo ako kayang respetuhin, katakutan mo ako”, before dismissing him. The enraged Hector gave Rigor one last look before walking out of his office.
