Within seconds after Allan (Gerald Anderson) attempts to get some rest following the troubling announcement of Marcus’ (Richard Gutierrez) preventive suspension, Lara (Bela Padilla) unexpectedly knocks on his door and enters his office.
In an effort to comply with Felix’s (Baron Geisler) suggestion of becoming more acquainted with Task Force Alpha instead of isolating herself from them, Lara acts politely towards Allan, clarifying that if Marcus deems him trustworthy, then she’s certainly willing to work alongside him in future missions.
Allan nods in agreement, stating that both of them want the exact same thing. Without hesitation, Lara goes on to ask about the time Marcus and Allan reconciled, given that they had arguments frequently, even while on missions.
In his reply, Allan explains that he and Marcus had a serious conversation, which gave them the opportunity to better understand one another. He also eventually hopes to share the same rapport with Lara.
Further addressing his concerns, Allan points out that he’s not the enemy and believes that their real foes exist around them, which is the reason why Task Force Alpha must work together. As Lara acknowledges, the expectation for them to get along is brought up again.
Will Allan see right through Lara’s act, or will Lara’s perspective shift? Find out in “Blood vs Duty,” streaming on iWant and airing weeknights at 8pm on ABS-CBN sa ALLTV2, A2Z, Kapamilya Channel, and Kapamilya Online Live (KOL).
