Vincent (Paulo Avelino) drives Stella (Kim Chiu) home in the April 24 episode of “The Alibi.”
Stella reminds Vincent that despite working together on Walter's (Sam Milby) case, he does not have to go to the extent of helping her get home. Vincent insists, as Stella might be in danger given the people threatening her because of him.
“Dapat nag-iingat pa rin tayo, at dapat dito ka lang lagi sa tabi ko,” Vincent tells her, and Stella’s reaction immediately softens. Vincent adds that he wants to protect her. Their conversation is cut off when Aling Sonya (Lotlot Bustamante) arrives along with Stella’s other neighbors, charmed by Vincent's presence.
Stella tries to send Vincent home, but Sonya is persistent in letting him stay, asking why Vincent is with Stella when they had heard the two had already broken up. Stella tries to mock them, and Vincent just lets himself stay, avoiding possible suspicions about their relationship.
