After tricking the housemates into thinking that he was indeed taking them to a grand vacation in the outside world by telling them to pack their bags—only to surprise them once they got out that the living room transformed into a hotel lobby.
As Lella mentioned during her conversation with Kuya inside the confession room that being at the “PBB Hotel” made her and the other housemates miss going on vacations and out-of-town trips, to the point that they even tagged their supposed trip as “PBB goes to Boracay,” Big Brother asked her if she really wanted to go there.
Thinking that he was serious with his offer since it was her birthday, the “Blooming Bunso ng Tacloban” agreed and went on to request for the destination to be changed to El Nido, Palawan since she has never gone there yet. Since she already had her suitcase with her, Kuya told her to go to the storage room and wear the blindfold that he had prepared for her. Although she was still in great disbelief, Lella giddily followed his instructions.
Little did she know that Big Brother was just pulling a prank on her and went on to tap the housemates, particularly her closest female housemates Princess Aliyah and Ashley Sarmiento, as his accomplices. The two were as baffled as Lella upon learning from Kuya what had happened, but they still gamely rolled with his trip and asked for the cooperation of their totally clueless housemates.
With her eyes still covered, the unsuspecting birthday girl was completely shocked when Princess and Ashley fetched her from the storage room and brought her back inside the house. As she removed her blindfold, the birthday girl was dumbfounded to see herself standing in front of the LED screen on which the words “El Nido, Palawan” was flashed by Kuya. The housemates teased and laughed at Lella, who was cracking herself up too.
