At OK Hospital, Doc Anok (Bobot Mortiz) and Nanay Li (Rio Locsin) take their lunch with Matmat (Carlo Aquino), who gives an update about Patrick (Joshua Garcia) doing just fine at home as he starts serving his ten-day suspension from the facility.
Doc Anok admits he feels sorry for Patrick, prompting Nanay Li to tease that if he truly pitied him, he wouldn’t have suspended him in the first place. The doctor explains, however, that the rulebook has to be followed, and Matmat agrees, noting that every violation should indeed come with a consequence.
The conversation turns adorably playful when Doc Anok jokes that he doesn’t blame Patrick for losing control of his emotions over Mia (Anne Curtis) getting hurt since he once felt the same way about Nanay Li in their youth. Matmat laughs at the revelation and curiously asks why Nanay Li rejected Doc Anok back then. She simply replies that she didn’t like him at the time, which only makes the doctor 'kilig' and tease that this must mean she likes him “now.”
The lighthearted banter continues until Doc Anok receives a phone call informing him of a new emergency situation at the hospital.
