The tension between Eden (Agot Isidro) and Olivia (Maricel Laxa) continues to heat up as Olivia pushes to take over the care of Samuel (Michael De Mesa).
Before things spiral further, and with neither nurse willing to give way, Doc Anok (Bobot Mortiz) calls them both into his office to make the final decision. Eden suggests they could handle Samuel together, but Doc Anok clarifies that he prefers only one nurse to take charge—for accountability and to avoid confusion within their teams. And his way of settling the issue is through drawing lots, with Olivia’s name being picked.
Meanwhile, Mia (Anne Curtis) happily approaches Patrick (Joshua Garcia) after her class, but her mood turns sour as he informs her that her father Samuel’s case will be transferred from Nurse Eden to Nurse Olivia.
Olivia follows Mia as the latter leaves the facility, only to be met with defiance. Mia coldly says she has no interest in any news concerning her father. Olivia insists that Samuel needs her presence for his recovery, but Mia refuses to listen. Looking at the nurse with a piercing glare, Mia spits out that she despises those eyes.
