As Santino (Ronwaldo Martin) heeds their agreement with regard to Erika (Gillian Vicencio) despite his assertion that he doesn’t like the idea, Rigor (John Estrada) speaks with Roberto (Albert Martinez) at the police station, as the mayor summons him to talk about their children.
Regardless of Roberto’s pleasantries at the beginning of their conversation, as well as his reputation of being an honorable public servant, who gives more importance to his sworn duty rather than his relationships, Rigor has a change of heart. Instead of coordinating with the mayor, to whom he supposedly owes his reinstatement, Rigor sticks by his plan of exacting revenge on his family by using one of their members, Erika.
He lies about knowing Santino’s whereabouts or having communication with him, and tells Roberto that his son might be busy seeking justice for the murder of David (McCoy de Leon) on his own and looking for the culprit behind it. Roberto is obviously stunned by Rigor’s remark, which the latter can notice.
To end their conversation, Rigor just assures Roberto that he will be the one to personally bring Santino and Erika to him once he’s able to find them. In return, Roberto vows to help him seek justice for the murder of his other son, David (McCoy de Leon).
Unbeknownst to Roberto, Rigor already has a hunch that it’s Miguelito (Jake Cuenca), who killed David, and he promises to avenge his death no matter what it takes.
