Patrick (Joshua Garcia) received a phone call that made him rush out of Jason (Francis Magundayao)’s restaurant and head straight to the mansion, where he walked in on the commotion of Vincent (Enchong Dee) and Madeth (Xyriel Manabat) trying to force Mia (Anne Curtis) to return to Manila. Like a prince charming, he defended Mia and ordered the two to leave the house.
Just as Matmat (Carlo Aquino) had reminded him that morning, Patrick brought Mia some medicine after noticing that she had been suffering from a headache and seemed feverish following her nightmare the night before. But when she told him that the medicine wouldn't work for her, Patrick figured that fresh air might help instead, so he decided to take her on a road trip.
As he drove, Patrick was caught off guard when Mia said she would run away with him, and thatt she would drop everything if he asked her to escape the world with him. Left speechless, Patrick only responded by asking her what she wants to eat, to which Mia replied that she would eat anything he would give. She then leaned against the window to breathe in the fresh air, making Patrick smile as he watched her looking at peace.
