Mia (Anne Curtis) successfully brings Matmat (Carlo Aquino) to her mansion and convinces him to stay longer by telling him that Patrick (Joshua Garcia) is on his way to pick him up. While they wait, she offers Matmat an alcoholic drink. Clearly not a drinker, he tries to resist its effects as Mia keeps pouring into his glass. In the meantime, she begins to tell him a story.
Here’s how the story goes. Once upon a time, deep in the heart of a forest, there lived a young girl in a cursed palace. Her mother never allowed her to leave, insisting that she was far too special to mingle with the outside world and that she must remain inside forever. But the young girl felt like a prisoner. One night, she prayed to the yellow moon, "Nakikiusap ako. Magpadala ka ng isang prinsipeng maglilitas sa akin dito. Darating ba siya ngayon? Bukas?" Every day, she waited for her little prince—until finally, he came.
As Mia narrates, flashbacks show a young Patrick (Nathan Bulalacao) visiting the mansion to bring flowers he had picked for the young Mia (Ysabella Suarez). She hurries down the stairs to greet him but is stopped by her mother, who forces her to tell Patrick to leave and that it would be the last time they would see each other.
Now, it feels as if the past is repeating itself, with Patrick once again stepping into that mansion—only this time, not for Mia, but to fetch his brother.
