Matmat (Carlo Aquino) finally faces the empty wall in the mess hall where he is set to create a painting commissioned by Doc Anok (Bobot Mortiz), a task that was delayed the last time after he got distracted by Mia’s (Anne Curtis) arrival.
Unlike before, however, Matmat seems to have no inspiration or creative drive, so when Doc Anok finds him with nothing started, the doctor encourages him by saying the first step of the journey is always the hardest. Hoping to spark some ideas, Doc Anok picks up the brush himself and starts painting whatever comes to mind, which only angers Matmat, claiming the doctor doesn’t know what he’s doing.
Matmat lashes out by smearing paint on Doc Anok’s face, an exchange that Bella (Bianca De Vera) watches from the side and thinks as just their idea of fun. She feels envious of them because she also wants to laugh and be happy. Taking this as a sign, Kai (Louise Abuel) considers that it might be time for Bella’s medicine.
