At OK Hospital, after watching the moment shared between Patrick (Joshua Garcia) and Gemma (Kaori Oinuma), Mia (Anne Curtis) walks straight to the mess hall where she finds Matmat (Carlo Aquino) beginning to work on the painting commissioned by Doc Anok (Bobot Mortiz).
She catches Matmat in a state of frustration from earlier when Doc Anok, in an attempt to inspire him, had taken the brush and started painting, which annoyed Matmat. Seizing the opportunity, Mia asks if he’s feeling stressed and suggests they do something fun together and her idea of fun is to bring him to her house.
Matmat, amused by the sight of Mia’s luxury car and thinking how he dreams of buying the same for Patrick, agrees to come along. Although he hesitates at first, Matmat follows Mia's advice to trust her. When they arrive at her mansion, he is instantly impressed and is easily convinced to step inside upon hearing Mia mention a large library filled with books.
