Coming from the bombing he experienced firsthand, Fin (Igi Boy Flores) is traumatized and keeps uttering the words, “Sumabog sila. Sumabog sila. Kung nakita n'yo lang kung ano ‘yong nangyari, sumabog sila,” he says in fear. Ben (Levi Ignacio) continues to assure him that they are now safe, with Wendy (Janice de Belen) and Ice aiding him. “Mabuti pa, magpahinga ka muna,” Ice (Kai Montinola) tells Fin, while also asking the others if they need anything.
Meanwhile, Bogs (Emilio Daez) asks about Jules’ (AC Bonifacio) whereabouts. Ben updates everyone that Jules escaped the island along with Doc Jessie (Robert Seña) and Conney (Sandy Andolong). Ice thinks of Mama Ona, and the authorities inform her that Ona almost got killed by one of the hostage-takers, but is now in a safe place receiving treatment. The authorities reassure them that they will do everything to keep everyone safe until they escape the island.
Later, some of the authorities worry about the safety of the other hostages, as they failed to follow Uno’s ultimatum to leave the island. Overhearing their conversation, Greta (Lorna Tolentino) asks Officer Areza (Ejay Falcon) about Liam’s whereabouts, but they admit they have not seen him. They cannot attack immediately, as they must also be cautious of the planted landmines.
As they continue talking, Olsen (Kyle Echarri) arrives at their hiding place along with Rita (Maika Rivera), Mike (Cris Villanueva), Minnie (Nikki Valdez), and Ian (Harvey Bautista), who is now held captive by the authorities. Wendy rushes toward Olsen and hugs him tightly, while Maddie (Zia Grace) finally reunites with her parents. Rita begins searching for Macky (Kobie Brown) and Boss Topak (Benedict Cua). Olsen and Ice exchange eye contact, silently communicating yet relieved that both of them are safe.
Olsen and Ice find time to talk after everything they went through during the explosion that forced them to part ways. “Alam mo ba, sobrang worried ako sa inyo,” Ice tells Olsen, admitting she was about to lose hope that they would still see each other. “Bilib na ‘ko sa'yo,” she adds, praising Olsen.
Olsen, in turn, has nothing but praise for Ice. “Nadala mo sila nang ligtas dito. Salamat, Ice,” he says, thanking her for her courage in saving the victims despite their separation. “Ginagawa ko lang naman ‘yong dapat kong gawin,” Ice replies, her determination to escape the island safely driving her to help the others. Olsen assures her that they will make it out alive, while Bogs quietly watches them talk from afar.
