Kapuso actress Sarah Lahbati was spotted looking at an apartment in Paris amounting to roughly Php 348 million. She was featured in an episode of the Netflix reality series, The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties.
Sarah was conversing with host Valentin Kretz mostly in French throughout the episode, and it was revealed that she had a budget of €5 million.

Valentin showed her an apartment around the center of Paris as she’s looking for a pied-à-terre–– a small home for occasional use. With a working budget of €5 million, the apartment she toured in was valued at €4.75 Million.
The 165-square-meter apartment has four rooms with the primary bedroom having a walk-in closet. It was renovated by Virginie Renaut, who was able to manage to preserve the original character while modernizing it and giving an artistic touch to it.
“I decided to show her a very Parisian apartment because that’s what 95% of international buyers are looking for. But also something very sophisticated–– very much her style. At least, I hope so,” Valentin explained.
Sarah then shared how she hopes that her kids–– Zion and Kai–– will be able to study in Europe in the future. “Because it’s really a dream for me. Maybe one day my kids could study here. So, hopefully that happens,” she said.
While she was getting toured in the apartment, Sarah commented on how small the living room was given that she was imagining it to be one where her relatives would gathering in. Despite this, she thoroughly enjoyed the other rooms as it she found them aligned with her tastes.

“Yes. It’s chic but I hope it’s big enough for pre-dinner drinks because you know how it is with Filipino families. There are always a lot of people coming over so I have to think about it,” she said.
At the end of teh tour, Sarah asked Valentin for photos so that she could show it to her mother and her children. “I’m heading back to Manila tomorrow and I’d really like my mom and my kids to see the apartment. If you can send me some photos. I’ve got a really good feeling about this apartment. I’ll see you when I’m back in Paris,” she ended.
