Kapamilya singer and songwriter Yeng Constantino expressed her gratitude after she was honored with the Hitmaker award earlier this week at the Billboard Philippines Women In Music 2026. In her Instagram post, the "Hawak Kamay" hitmaker shared her journey in the music industry, which has been running for two decades now.
Billboard Philippines described Yeng’s work in the music industry with something that has, “left a lasting imprint on Filipino music culture.” She has produced several hit songs in the past two decades such as "Hawak Kamay," "Chinito," "Cool Off," and "Ikaw," among many others.

In her post, Yeng shared a glimpse of the memorable night for her and posed alongside the award she was honored with.
“Maraming salamat sa Panginoon sa pagtupad Nya ng aking mga pangarap! 🙏🏼 Pinalibutan Nya ako ng mga taong naging katuwang ko sa pag-alaga ng biyayang karerang ito, na mga nagbuhos din sa'kin ng lakas para palaging matuto at lumaban lalo na nung mga panahong ako’y lito at nanghihina,” she wrote.
The ASAP mainstay shared how grateful she is for her loyal fans who have continued to show their support throughout the years. She dedicated her award to them.
“Sa mga nagmamahal ng aking mga awitin, mga Yengsters ko at mga sumusuporta sa OPM karangalan po na maglingkod sa inyo through music na nagbibigay sa inyo kaligayahan, pag-asa at karamay sa gitna ng mga problema,” she continued.
“My families; ABS-CBN, ASAP, Showtime maraming salamat po! Nahubog po ako sa lahat ng pagkakataon na binigay nyo sa'kin. Salamat po sa suporta sa lahat mga proyekto ko, lalo po ako magsisikap baon ang inyong tiwala,” she expressed.

Yeng is not stopping anytime soon as she maintained her excitement in creating more music that could leave a lasting impact.
“20 years na po ako sa industry this year! Salamat po sa pagsama sa aking paglalakbay. Nasasabik po ako sa mga musikang pagsasaluhan pa natin! Mabuhay OPM! Mabuhay ang mga Kababaihan sa larangan ng Musika,” she ended.
