Miley Cyrus revealed that she once dated actor Dylan Sprouse during her Hannah Montana days.
The singer-actress made the revelation in an interview with Alex Cooper for the Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special, which premiered on Disney+ on Tuesday, March 24 (PH time).
"I secretly... Okay, Dylan Sprouse was my boyfriend. I think he was the cutest," she disclosed.
When asked to confirm the relationship, she responded, "Yeah, that was my boyfriend. I think maybe it was rumored, but it's true. Confirmed!"
It can be recalled that Dylan starred in another Disney Channel series titled The Suite Life of Zack & Cody.
The Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special features an in-depth conversation between Miley and host Alex Cooper. It offers a personal look at how Hannah Montana came to life and the lasting impact the show has had on fans around the world.
Miley also revisited the defining moments, music, and memories of the series. The special includes previously unseen archival footage and the return of some of the show’s most iconic sets.
As part of the celebration, Miley performed several Hannah Montana hits, including “The Best of Both Worlds,” “This Is the Life,” and “The Climb.”
Miley attended the premiere of the special in Los Angeles, California on Monday, March 23 (US time).
The singer posted snapshots from the premiere on her Instagram page, wherein she was reunited with her fellow cast members.
"Last night at the premiere of the Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special. Standing with Jason, Moises, Cody, Ana Maria, and Shanica the cast I grew up with was a full-circle moment I’ll never forget. We found our way back home, and it felt so good. Thank you for growing up with us. We love you. This special is from me to younger you," she wrote.
