MANILA — Grand Westside Manila Bay is highlighting its weekend dining and entertainment offerings at Plunge Bar, featuring a weekly grill night and a monthly poolside party.
Held every Saturday from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Grill & Rhythm offers an al fresco dining experience with live acoustic music and a menu of grilled meats, seafood and Filipino favorites prepared by executive chef Christopher Lugtu.
Guests can choose from grilled skewers, premium sausages, bourbon ribs, pork barbecue, chicken inasal, pork belly and stuffed squid, with each order including a choice of side dish. Prices start at P700 net.
On the last Saturday of each month, Plunge Bar hosts Sip 'n Splash, a poolside event featuring cocktails, bar bites, live DJ entertainment, flair bartending and prizes. The event also runs from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., with admission priced at P1,500 net per person.
Plunge Bar is located on the fifth-floor open deck of Grand Westside Manila Bay.
"Our goal is to create spaces where people can connect, celebrate and enjoy time together," Grand Westside Manila Bay general manager Joe Xavier Fijardo said in a statement.
