Episode one unfolded dreamily by showing Billy’s anticipated wedding day. Her dearest friends Charm (Mary Joy Apostol) and Toni (Kat Galang), alongside Auntie Precious (Dimples Romana), enjoyed the excitement until they began to notice the absence of Billy’s fiancé, Alvin (JC de Vera).
A short time later, Jordan carefully informed Billy concerning Alvin’s intention to not show up for the wedding. Outraged, Billy took off with the bridal car in search of Alvin, while Jordan was seated on the passenger seat, trying to calm her.
Exactly when Alvin and his other girl Gia (Arci Muñoz) rushed out of their house, Billy arrived right on time. Without a second thought, Billy nearly ran over Alvin but eventually made the choice to speak out against his infidelity.
Thanks to Jordan, who reminded Billy that Alvin is not worth the trouble, they departed the scene, finally made their way to the reception venue, and had a blast with Auntie Precious, Charm, and Toni.
The enduring friendship between Billy and Jordan

Back when Billy was younger, her father, Enrico (Rowell Santiago), abandoned their family. On a stormy night, young Billy (Althea Ruedas) struggled on her own to drive her laboring mother, Olive (Iza Calzado), to the hospital. Olive unfortunately passed away, leaving Billy with the lesson to remain strong and to look after Oliver.
Little Billy ended up meeting young Jordan (James King) at the cemetery, in which he was also grieving for his mother, who died on the same day as Olive, but due to a hit-and-run incident. While both Billy and Oliver grew up with their Aunt Precious, Jordan was raised by his grandfather Jude (Leo Rialp).
Presently, Billy is finally more than capable of providing for Oliver’s needs, especially regarding his education and diabetic condition. In return, Oliver studies diligently, determined to express his gratitude to his older sister. As for their relatives, Oliver was taught to believe that their father was buried in America.
In Jordan’s current situation, he would frequently visit his grandfather, who had been diagnosed with dementia, at the nursing home. Besides that, he promises to keep on seeking justice for his mother’s death.
