After scoring seven correct answers in the previous game, the Songbayanang Online Couples advanced to the “Lights, Camera, ACT-Sing!” round of "Everybody, Sing!,” where the next batch of “songpu” were challenged to identify a song’s missing lyrics by interpreting the gestures of seasoned entertainers Iyah Mina and Lassy.
Jamming along to Imago’s nostalgic rendition of the Apo Hiking Society hit “Ewan,” the “repre-sing-tatives” kicked off the round by earning two additional seconds. Despite a few mistakes along the way, the game progressed smoothly. As the lyric-guessing challenge came to an end, host Vice Ganda burst into laughter after one of the players made an unexpected guess.
Pau hesitantly answered “binata’y” after Iyah did her best to act out the correct lyric, “dalaga’y,” by striking dainty and ladylike poses. Playfully taking offense, Iyah quipped, “Masakit pala ‘yun. Ilang hormones na ‘to oh!”
Joining in on the hilarious exchange, the Asia's Unkabogable Superstar jokingly highlighted the irony, saying, “Nag-ribbon ka, nag-blush on, nag gan’yang micro mini [skirt]... binata ka pa [r]in?”
The lighthearted banter energized the Songbayanan, helping them end the round on a high note with six correct answers and 12 additional seconds for the “Singko Blanko” Saturday jackpot round. This brought their total accumulated time to 26 seconds heading into Sunday’s jackpot game, “Everybody GuesSing.”
