Kapamilya multifaceted heartthrob Kyle Echarri brought kilig to the May 9 episode of “Everybody, Sing” after appearing as the celebrity guest player who helped the “songbayanang haligi ng palengke” in the “Singko Blangko” round.
In this Saturday jackpot round, the “songbayanan” is tasked with completing missing lyrics from various songs with the help of the celebrity guest player—for this episode, Kyle—and his four chosen “repre-sing-tatives.” Every correct lyric line adds ₱20,000 and 1 second to the jackpot timer, while a perfect score can earn an additional ₱200,000 and 10 seconds.
Before the game officially began, host Vice Ganda congratulated Kyle for his impressive performance in his latest film, “18th Rose, where he stars alongside Xyriel Manabat, as well as requested him to sing a portion of the movie’s official soundtrack, “Kung Akin Ang Mundo.”
Kyle and his team of four women were assigned the signature heartbreak song “Wala Na Bang Pag-ibig" by “Soul Diva” Jaya. In the end, the group correctly completed three out of the five lyric lines, with Kyle successfully answering all the parts assigned to him. Their good performance earned the “songbayanan” an additional ₱60,000 and three extra seconds for the jackpot round.
The episode concluded with the “songbayanan” earning a total of 17 seconds for the Sunday jackpot timer.
