Before Kapamilya singer-songwriter Jeremy G took his place as the celebrity player on the June 20 episode of “Kapamilya, Deal or No Deal, Pambansang Host Luis Manzano highlighted manifestation as the evening’s central theme.
Luis first turned to actress Aubrey Miles and asked about one of her dreams. Inspired by her unwavering love for her daughter, Rocket, Aubrey expressed her hope that Rocket would be able to attend a big school this year after completing multiple therapy sessions.
In an effort to lighten the mood on set, Luis interviewed veteran comedian Long Mejia about what he hoped would happen in his budding “relationship” with content creator Asia Yoona. Replying in jest, Long said he’s willing to give everything he had to Asia.
Continuing their playful banter, Luis asked how many children Long hoped to have with the young Lucky Star. The comedian jokingly answered that he wanted a dozen children, drawing laughter from Luis and his fellow Lucky Stars.
Asia, who later joined in on the hilarious exchange, quickly shut down Long’s remarks with a witty response: “Parang mas malabo pa po ’yun [12 na anak] kaysa magkaro’n ng 1 million ngayong araw.”
Impressed by Asia’s quick wit, Long couldn’t help but high-five her in delight.
