As allegations against Marcus (Richard Gutierrez) of being a mass murderer intensify, the top officers of the National Law Enforcement Agency, including Director Azuelo (Rommel Padilla), arrange an immediate meeting to look into Marcus’ speculations about Task Force Alpha’s mission being tampered with.
Resolutely, Marcus recounts how the island felt peaceful and was populated with celebrating civilians until an unidentified individual spoke on the radio, ordering to neutralize the area. Following this, the successive shots were fired from an unknown location, not coming from Task Force Alpha nor from the islanders.
When one of the officers suspects that there might have been a scheme, Marcus agrees and bitterly argues that the real culprit deliberately massacred the people, which also led to the tragic death of Harold (Elmo Magalona) and the critical state of three of the Task Force Alpha members.
The majority of the officers considered Marcus’ theory to be offensive, even criticizing him. Moments later, Sean (Junjun Quintana) and Felix (Baron Geisler) both refuted Marcus’ statement, alongside Lara (Bela Padilla). While Lara wasn’t able to hear the breach in the national comms, she maintained her resolve to defend Marcus’ truth.
Restlessly, Lara attempts another confrontation with Director Azuelo (Rommel Padilla), insisting that Marcus could possibly be right given that the footage of Task Force Alpha’s mission was suddenly wiped out without their knowledge. She then strongly condemns Director Azuelo’s unreasonable and shallow scoldings, pointing out that he simply let Marcus take the brunt of all the blame.
Immediately after Director Azuelo threatens Lara, she reconvenes with Marcus by the staircase. The two exchange apologies and appreciations for supporting each other as well as calling out Felix’s strange behavior. Seconds later, the news of Oliver’s (Geoff Eigenmann) waking condition arrives, and Marcus immediately goes to the hospital.
