So for "Your Face Sounds Familiar: The Grand Showdown," Akira went all in—bringing sexy back, literally, as Justin Timberlake. "Feeling ko karapat-dapat po ako manalo kasi sa mga experiences namin marami talaga akong nadampot. At 'yung mga experiences na 'yun, ilalabas ko siya ngayong gabi. I will give my best at kukunin ko ang trophy," he reflected when asked why he deserved to win.

So I put my hands together for you, Akira," juror Gary Valenciano told him, pointing out that he felt Akira's energy and excitement radiating from the stage.
Mentor and special guest juror Nyoy Volante agreed to Gary's comment, saying, "Natutuwa ako na parang ang saya saya mo habang ginagawa mo siya. I love that for you. Be proud kasi you did a wonderful, wonderful performance."
Ogie Alcasid further remarked, "'Yung apoy mo sumiklab. Lumabas ka pa lang, nando'n na 'yung energy mo."
Through every high and low, his ACEs (as BGO fans are called) never stopped showing up, and neither did his BGYO bandmates, with Nate and JL present in the studio to cheer him on. And whatever the genre, whatever the decade his icons came from, Akira’s heartthrob charisma never once faded—earning him the 'Boy Band Multiverse Award,' presented by former celebrity performer Pepe Herrera.
