Liam (Donny Pangilinan) collapses due to exhaustion and the suffocating dust from the explosion in the February 25 episode of “Roja.”
With no time left, Emil (Joel Torre) and his armed men have no choice but to escape through the tunnel. However, the thick dust and debris stirred up by the blast force everyone to cough and grow weak, including Minnie (Nikki Valdez) and Maddie Del Rosario (Zia Grace), who remain trapped in one corner of the basement.
As Minnie and Maddie try to escape, Minnie eventually collapses and loses consciousness, causing Maddie to worry even more. In search of help for her mother, Maddie leaves the unconscious Minnie to call for assistance. Later, Mike (Cris Villanueva) arrives with Lt. Areza (Ejay Falcon) and the authorities. Seeing Minnie on the floor, Mike wakes her up, and once she regains consciousness, the two immediately look for Maddie, worried about their daughter.
Meanwhile, Maddie roams around the hospital crying, “Tulungan niyo po kami! Tulong!” She desperately calls for help and later bumps into Liam. He quickly wraps Maddie in a blanket and carries her away. When he returns to the room where he left Greta (Lorna Tolentino), she is nowhere to be found. With no other choice, Liam leaves and carries Maddie out of the hospital, feeling the exhaustion brought on by the explosion.
Liam carries Maddie out of the hospital premises, and the authorities immediately attend to them. As soon as Maddie is in the safe hands of the medical staff, Liam suddenly collapses and loses consciousness. Seeing this, Olsen (Kyle Echarri), Ivan (Jeremiah Lisbo), Luna (Maymay Entrata), Wendy (Janice de Belen), Fin (Igi Boy Flores), and Ice (Kai Montinola) rush toward him, deeply worried about his condition. Liam is quickly taken to the hospital.
