Wendy (Janice De Belen) strongly denies the rumor that Magnus (Raymond Bagatsing) is Olsen’s (Kyle Echarri) real father in the February 2 episode of “Roja.” With Greta’s (Lorna Tolentino) ongoing speculations that Magnus might be Olsen’s legitimate father, this becomes yet another reason for Greta’s fury toward Magnus and Wendy, who previously had an affair.
As Emil (Joel Torre) and his team infiltrate the hospital where their former hostages are being treated, Wendy searches for Olsen, who followed Liam (Donny Pangilinan) and Greta in an attempt to save them but was later held captive. While looking for her son, Wendy runs into Magnus, who convinces her to escape the hospital premises.
Wendy refuses to leave Olsen behind, as he is the only family she has left following the death of Lolo Ben (Levi Ignacio). She grows worried about Olsen’s safety, questioning why the infiltrators continue to keep them as hostages. Magnus reveals to Wendy that Emil is after him, since he was the cause of Ayen’s (Yassi Pressman) disappearance during their affair. “It’s because I feel na lahat ng nangyari sa La Playa Roja, ako ang dahilan.”
This throws Wendy into despair, realizing that Magnus has become the reason why everyone’s lives are now in danger. Magnus assures her that he will take care of Olsen, especially with his hunch that Olsen might be his son, as per Greta’s speculations. Wendy strongly denies the allegations, “Hindi mo anak si Olsen! Hindi, si Greta lang ang nag-iisip nun.”
Wendy adds that Olsen’s father was a bodyguard of a regular guest back then at La Playa Roja. “Maling-mali kayo. Maling-mali kayo ni Greta, hindi mo anak si Olsen!” she affirms. Despite this, Magnus insists that he is willing to risk his life for Olsen, grabbing a firearm from the deceased police officers. Wendy does the same, even asking Magnus to teach her how to handle a gun for defense.
