Leni (Rikki Mae Davao) begs Emil (Joel Torre) to retreat and put a stop to his crimes in the January 29 episode of "Roja." As Emil continues to seek revenge in hopes of retrieving their lost money, Leni reunites with him and asks him to refrain from carrying out his plans. He tells Leni, along with Mila (Iana Bernardez) and Gwen (Lou Yanong), to leave the hospital premises before the attack.
Liam (Donny Pangilinan) hides nearby and observes Emil and his team. Later, Lucas (Marc Abaya) initiates the shootout and enters the hospital with the other armed men. However, as the attack begins, Leni decides to return to the hospital despite her weak condition to talk to Emil. Gwen and Mila try to stop her, but she remains unfazed.
As Dado (Bernard Palanca), Emil, and Homer (Christian Vasquez) prepare their weapons---worried that Liam may have informed the authorities about their attack---Leni arrives. “Tay, nakikiusap ako, tama na,” she pleads. Emil, however, decides to continue with his plan, instructing Gwen and Mila to watch over Leni as they place her in a wheelchair.
Meanwhile, Lucas trails Liam, knowing that Liam and his family are among their prime targets. The hospital is thrown into chaos when Liam triggers the fire alarm, prompting residents to rush out of the premises. As Liam warns the others, Lucas follows behind him and begins shooting at hospital staff, sending everyone into panic and fear.
