Liam (Donny Pangilinan) does not let Olsen (Kyle Echarri) be left alone after an explosion in the January 30 episode of “Roja.” Liam and Olsen get into a head-to-head battle with Lucas (Marc Abaya), who is eager to hold Greta (Lorna Tolentino) and Liam captive. Olsen tries to save Liam and Greta, but Lucas threatens him with an explosive device. Later, the authorities arrive, and Lucas does not hesitate to throw the device at them, causing a minor explosion.
The blast leaves everyone unconscious. Eventually, Liam wakes up and quickly rouses Greta and Olsen. Greta, however, tries to stop Liam and convinces him to escape and leave Olsen behind. But Liam insists that he will not abandon Olsen, “‘Di ko siya iiwan!” Greta reminds him of their safety, but Liam grows furious.
“‘Di ba, ikaw ang nagsabi sa akin? Posibleng kapatid ko si Olsen!” Liam tells Greta, who is left speechless. Liam quickly attends to half-conscious Olsen, hearing a faint ringing sound from the explosion, and who may have overheard what Liam told Greta---that they might be siblings.
Liam tries to wake Olsen further, even carrying him so they can escape quickly while Lucas remains unconscious. Greta can do nothing but help Liam attend to Olsen. However, as they attempt to escape, Emil (Joel Torre) and Dado (Bernard Palanca) arrive, pointing a gun at them.
“Walang aalis,” says Emil. Olsen does not hesitate to attack Dado, as he was the one who shot Lolo Ben (Levi Ignacio). Dado quickly responds, telling Liam to keep Olsen quiet. Liam, Greta, and Olsen are now being held captive by Emil and his team.
