Despite the ongoing rift between Olsen (Kyle Echarri) and Liam’s (Donny Pangilinan) family, the two manage to team up with Magnus (Raymond Bagatsing) who secures their safety in the January 13 episode of “Roja.” Danger closes in on Liam and Olsen as they chase Dado (Bernard Palanca) and the now-deceased Ian (Harvey Bautista) but Magnus saves them.
The three find an abandoned hotel to hide in, with Emil (Joel Torre) chasing after them, his fury growing especially toward Magnus. Emil orders his men to search for Magnus, Olsen, and Liam around the hotel. The three hide on the rooftop, and Emil’s armed men fail to find them.
“Liam, Olsen, kahit anong mangyari, ‘wag kayong magpapakita,” Magnus warns the two before planning to attack Emil. Liam tries to run after him, but Olsen stops him, as it would put them in danger. Magnus runs down the stairs, rifle in hand, preparing to face Emil.
Magnus navigates his way and bravely shoots at Emil and his men from afar, Liam and Olsen watch him from above. Emil chases Magnus along with his men. Meanwhile, Olsen rushes downstairs, worried about the safety of his mother and the other victims who are planning to flee, leaving Liam alone.
