Loud cheers, beaming smiles, and warm embraces from their former housemates welcomed Kapamilya wildcards Rave Victoria and Eliza Borromeo in the January 13 episode of “Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0”, as Kuya called them one by one.
Ashley Sarmiento appeared to be the happiest upon seeing Rave again almost two weeks after his eviction alongside Anton Vinzon. Meanwhile, Carmelle Collado, Krystal Mejes, and Miguel Vergara were overjoyed to be reunited with Eliza, whom they said they missed the most among their ex-housemates.
Before they could fully catch up, Big Brother interrupted their reunion by announcing that the Kapamilya Wildcard challenge was about to start. In this game, Rave and Eliza had to put two wooden blocks on top of each other and carefully place them on a swinging table. They had to keep the stacked blocks from collapsing by skillfully holding and pulling the rope attached to the table, while simultaneously picking up pairs of letter blocks from the two other tables and transferring them to a board at the end of the game area. Once done with moving all the seven pairs, they had to form the phrase “second chance”.
Both wildcard contenders initially struggled to find their rhythm and figure out the best strategy that would work for them. However, the “Determined Dilag ng Cavite” was able to eventually master the game, beating Rave in the end.
True to his sportsmanlike nature, the “Optimistic Apo ng Tarlac” congratulated the already emotional Eliza by giving her a hug and encouraging her to do her best.
Although she admitted feeling sorry for Rave, whom she believed also deserved the spot, Elize was happy to reclaim her place in the house. Inside the confession room, she told Kuya, “Bumalik po ‘yong unang feeling noong nalaman ko na housemate na po ako dito. Pangarap ko po talaga ‘to!”
