After it was confirmed that Miguelito (Jake Cuenca) defeated Tanggol (Coco Martin) in the mayoralty race, Fatima (Andrea Brillantes) and her family couldn’t help but be anxious about their current plight.
Fearing that the Guerreros would now go after them, Maki (Vince Rillon) entreated their father, Paeng (Michael de Mesa), for them to flee and find a new hiding place. Their Uncle Nognog (Nonong Ballinan) strongly objected to the idea, reminding him that the Guerreros might have lackeys around their hideout, just waiting for them to come out. Fatima seconded their Uncle Nog and advised his brother to just wait for Tanggol to come back and rescue them.
Maki refuted Fatima, assuming that Tanggol might turn their backs at them since he could no longer use them against the Guerreros and that he might be like other politicians who just take advantage of poor people like them. Paeng suddenly chimed in and expressed his support for Fatima, telling Maki that while the Guerreros were celebrating their victory, the Montenegros might already be plotting their plans against their wicked rivals by now.
As Paeng echoed that they must wait for Tanggol, Maki reiterated that they must leave while there’s still time for them to do so. Fatima insisted that it was not the right time yet, saying that they should wait for the situation to pass in order to not put themselves in danger.
