After their meal at Maravida’s Original, Mia (Anne Curtis) convinces Patrick (Joshua Garcia) to stop for coffee, while they first accompany Matmat (Carlo Aquino) to the jeepney stop so he can head straight to his job at Jason (Francis Magundayao)’s restaurant.
At the café, Patrick notices Mia looking unusually entertained by a man seated at a nearby table. The moment he realizes he’s being watched by the well-known children’s book author, the man approaches to ask for an autograph—right as Patrick arrives at their table with their orders. Unable to mask his irritation, Patrick slams the items down and even brushes roughly against the man on his way back to the counter.
Patrick grows even more sour when the man requests for a photo with Mia and she asks him to take the picture. Once the stranger leaves, an annoyed Patrick abruptly stands and tells Mia he’s leaving too, saying it looks like she would rather hang out with someone that handsome and professional looking. Mia laughs it off, divulging that the reason she’s been smiling so much is because she managed to snag the guy's pen, which she'd been eyeing all along.
Patrick freezes at her cheeky confession, only for Mia to throw in a teasing question—was he actually jealous?
