As the season shifts and the first signs rainy days begin to appear, Matmat (Carlo Aquino) once again starts sensing the presence of butterflies. Following Matmat’s public meltdown at Mia (Anne Curtis)'s book signing event, which went viral along with her bold defense of him, Patrick (Joshua Garcia) finds himself searching for a small way to lift his brother’s spirits, and settles on giving Matmat a new book on dinosaurs. The familiar fascination sure sparked a little joy.

When they return to their apartment, their friend Jason (Francis Magundayao) notices that Matmat seems better, happily absorbed in his new book and smiling again, but he also points out that if anyone looks troubled, it's none other than Patrick, prompting him to ask if something happened again between him and Mia.

Patrick says there wasn't anything big but he keeps thinking about Mia's words—that maybe he’s just trying to run away.

Later that night, Patrick is seen researching OK Hospital, a psychiatric facility located in their hometown of Maravida and recommended to him by Gemma (Kaori Oinuma), who suggested that he consider returning home in time for the rainy season—a time that always signals the need for him and Matmat to move to a new place once again. But before he can get too far, Matmat begins to stir in his sleep, whimpering at first before breaking into cries of fear, repeating again and again that the butterflies are coming and they’re going to take him away.

Patrick rushes to his side, assuring him in a firm and steady voice that he won’t let anything happen to him, and that it's time for them to move again.
