After Mia (Anne Curtis) steps in to defend Matmat (Carlo Aquino) during his public meltdown at her book signing event, she stays with Patrick (Joshua Garcia) as they wait outside the storage room where Matmat hides, still processing his emotions after the overwhelming encounter.
Mia, drawn to her “pretty boy,” gently teases Patrick by asking how Matmat even manages to get a haircut if something as simple as touching his head can trigger him, referring back to what happened during the commotion, and before Patrick can answer, she reaches out and strokes his hair, then asks if he likes being touched that way, which brings him back to his senses as he tells her to stop.
The 'flirtatious' moment is interrupted when Dennis (JV Kapunan), the ever-annoying reporter, barges in with his usual threats to expose Mia’s secrets and goes as far as calling her a cuckoo, but what really crosses the line is his perverted remark, which pushes Patrick to step up and defend Mia like her own knight in shining armor. And surprisingly, he manages to hold her back and keep her anger in check—at least for a moment.
