As one of the industry’s newest faces, Iñigo Jose is steadily making his mark in the industry. After officially signing with Star Magic this 2025, he has captured audiences through his stint in “Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0” and his performance in the action-thriller series “Roja.” And yes, he spilled all the fun behind‑the‑scenes stories while taping the series in this December 15 episode of Kapamilya Chat.
As his first serye to date, Iñigo shared that the “Roja” cast members were incredibly supportive throughout his filming days. He proudly mentioned lead stars Donny Pangilinan, Kyle Echarri, and Joel Torre as the ones he looks up to the most among the cast. “I’m really honored to be part of that show,” he said.
After his recent “PBB Collab 2.0” eviction, the Kapamilya star revealed he hasn’t had the chance to watch “Roja” yet and still has plenty to catch up on. “I'm excited to watch din siyempre, kung how I did po,” he shared. With “Roja" marking his first big step, Iñigo is looking forward to more opportunities ahead.
For Iñigo, the most unforgettable part of filming wasn’t just the scenes, “Para sa akin po, ’yung bonding namin pagkatapos ng taping… Magsasama‑sama kami, pupunta kaming beach, we’ll play volleyball, swim, bond, play games together.” he recalled. Their lock‑in taping even reminded him of Bahay ni Kuya, with the male cast members spending their free days together in one villa.
“I’m really happy kasi I was able to get a glimpse of the industry at such an early time, and with such great actors,” he shared. Iñigo said he grew close to everyone on set and treasures the memories they made during taping. He hopes they can all see each other again soon.
Iñigo also expressed his admiration for lead stars Donny Pangilinan and Kyle Echarri. “I would describe them as very professional po,” he said, noting how kind and supportive they were to him on set. “They give advice on how to become a better person, a better actor, I got that po from them.” Iñigo hopes to carry those lessons with him as he continues his journey as a young actor.
