Homebody with a big heart
Before we met her in "Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0" as one of the official housemates, Caprice has already starred in several GMA teleseryes and has been part of Sparkle for nine years, which means she basically grew up in showbiz, yet somehow still carries that shy, soft-spoken charm that fans adore her for.
Off-cam, Caprice is a homebody who loves helping out with household chores, and we totally see that in how neat and organized she is inside Bahay Ni Kuya.
Before entering the “PBB” house, the 17-year-old Kapuso artist lived with her grandparents while her mom and dad were busy with work. Her grandma was her constant companion at showbiz events and gigs, and she's also close to her grandpa who, a few years ago, retired after working in Saudi Arabia.
And you know what they say about kids who are 'laking-lola'? They're usually super responsible, and it shows in Caprice, who is a disciplinarian and strict 'ate' to her little brother, Caper. She may not always say “I love you” out loud, but she shows it by taking care of him in the sweetest ways, like making sure he eats properly.
Cooking is one of Caprice’s love languages, thanks to her dad, who sparked her passion for food and inspired her dream of becoming a pastry chef someday. The two love experimenting in the kitchen with quirky combos. Cheese on pancakes? Caprice would definitely tell you to try it! Caprice’s talkative side only shows up at home or when she’s with people she’s super close to. Since she’s mostly a homebody, she’s never dated and hasn’t had a suitor yet. Her world pretty much revolves around work, workshops, and, well… K-dramas. All her crushes are K-drama oppas! But if she were to have a boyfriend, she says she’d prefer someone private and non-showbiz.
From commercials to teleseryes
At five years old, Caprice was invited by a neighbor to watch an acting workshop. Curious, she went home and started copying everything she saw from the workshop participants. The next time she joined, little Caprice wowed everyone with how easily she could cry on cue, and soon she started booking commercials and eventually landed roles in several GMA series.
Caprice had her boyish phase as a kid, but she eventually leaned into her kikay era—imagine a six-year-old already packing lipstick in her bag! We think that early confidence helped her become even more lovable on screen.
She's always been focused on school despite her early start in showbiz. Before entering the "PBB" house, she was a junior high school student at Angelicum College. And when she’s not acting or studying, she enjoys simple hobbies like playing badminton.
