In their pursuit of finding Ramon (Christopher de Leon) and taking him back from the Red Phoenix Group, whom they assumed were hired by Vice Mayor Roberto Guerrero (Albert Martinez) to take both Ramon and Erika (Gillian Vicencio), Rigor (John Estrada) and Mando (Allan Paule) tried to ask for the help of Don Julio (Tommy Abuel).
However, instead of cooperating, the old man rather insulted them by calling them idiots for losing Ramon when they already had him and went on to refuse to work alongside them in saving his son, for he believed that there’s a higher chance for Ramon to be able to escape from his abductors than to be rescued by them.
Don Julio went on to hit Rigor below the belt by mentioning how his wife, Marites (Cherry Pie Picache), left him for Ramon because he is a good-for-nothing man.
