Following the sudden disappearance of Ramon (Christopher de Leon) and their failed mission against Tanggol (Coco Martin) and his friends—who were all within their reach if only they were able to get ahold of them—Hector (Aljur Abrenica) summoned Rigor (John Estrada) to his office to ask for any update.
As Rigor gave him unsatisfactory responses, Hector hurled insults at him, saying how he has become lax with his duties ever since Vice Mayor Roberto Guerrero (Albert Martinez) entrusted to him the mission against the Montenegros. Rigor refuted it by asserting that he’d done his best to lead their troop in catching Tanggol and his group, but the incident report indicated otherwise.
Hector went on to reprimand Rigor for letting their targets get away when they supposedly had the chance to catch them, as well as for killing two civilians who they could have interrogated as primary witnesses to the incident. Before dismissing him, Hector asked Rigor to be more efficient with his investigations since he wanted results right away.
Meanwhile, Rigor’s colleague-cum-best buddy, Mando (Allan Paule), related to him that their team found out that a couple of people killed during their encounter at the hospital were actually members of the Red Phoenix Drug Cartel, as well as those who attacked at their house. Thus, it puzzles them why the group that abducted Ramon was just the same as the one that wanted to take Erika (Gillian Vicencio) away.
