MANILA -- The Juans are going to Europe for a series of concerts this May and June, the Filipino pop-rock band announced in a social media post.
Billed as "The Juans Live In Europe," the group is slated to perform on May 31 in Milan, Italy; June 6 in Paris, France; June 7 in Spain; and June 12 in Frankfurt, Germany.
"Europe, this is our moment!!! From heartbreak to healing, itatawid natin ang mga kwento natin, and we can’t wait to sing them with you. Juanistas in Europe, tag your Pinoy friends, and let’s make this night one to remember. Can’t wait to see you all soon!" the group wrote.
Composed of Carl Guevarra, Chael Adriano, Japs Mendoza and RJ Cruz, The Juans, whose hits include “Hindi Tayo Pwede” and “Istorya,” marked their 10th year in the music scene with "Tawid," an album that opens a universe to every feeling.
Late last year, The Juans made headlines after the group's frontman Guevarra made a public plea about their Singapore show following weeks of uncertainty over ticket sales.
After the plea went viral, the Singapore stop of The Juans' "Tawid” album tour sold out.
