BINI has reached another global milestone, earning a feature from globally renowned media company Forbes following their successful debut at Coachella. Beyond the feature, each member drew praise for their distinct charisma and standout qualities, offering a closer look at their individual star power.

In an article published on April 11 (PH time), Forbes senior contributor Jeff Benjamin highlighted the octet’s performance on one of the world’s most influential music stages.

“BINI’s performance at Coachella 2026 made history as the Philippines’ first pop group performing at the taste-making festival,” the article began.

Taking over the Mojave Tent, one of the festival’s largest and most prestigious stages, BINI delivered a high-energy set marked by sharp synchronization and commanding stage presence. The feature also underscored the group’s visual identity, describing their golden ensembles as a “modernized take on traditional Filipino fashion,” complete with elements like the salakot, before transitioning into colorful, festival-ready looks mid-performance.

Beyond the spectacle, the article noted the strong reception from the crowd, pointing out how the group performed “to a massive audience where one could spot multiple Filipino flags,” signaling a powerful connection with fans even on international ground.

Beyond the feature, Jeff’s real-time posts on X (formerly Twitter) provided a more detailed look into the performance, spotlighting moments that defined each member onstage.

One post first highlighted the group’s stagecraft, with Jeff saying: “OMG that outfit change from 'Shagidi' to 'Zero Pressure' @BINI_ph,” emphasizing how even their transitions became standout moments in the set.

Attention then shifted to Colet, whose visuals drew early praise. “The honey blonde on @bini_colet looks so amazing #BINI_CoachellaWk1 #BINI_Coachella,” he wrote, followed by another observation: “Yes, I think it's a septum piercing, it looks so good on her!”

Mikha’s impact, meanwhile, was heard through her vocals. “I love @bini_mikha's vocal tone so much #BINI_CoachellaWk1 #BINI_Coachella,” Jeff said, pointing to a distinct sound that resonated across the festival setting.

BINI leader Jhoanna’s introduction of the group became a defining moment, underscoring her ability to command attention from the very start.

“Oh @bini_jhoanna greeting @Coachella and introducing group...the energy...you are SUCH A STAR, Jhoanna!,” he wrote.

Sheena brought a different energy to the stage, capturing the infectious enthusiasm she radiated throughout the performance.

“All the faces she's making, you can tell how much fun @bini_sheena is having on stage #BINI_CoachellaWk1 #BINI_Coachella.”

Maloi’s presence, on the other hand, was described by Jeff as even more heightened in the Coachella environment, emphasizing her ability to dominate a globally recognized stage.

“Wow @bini_maloi always owns the stage but it's like she's even more commanding here at @Coachella ...which isn't an easy stage to play at all!! So impressed #BINI_CoachellaWk1 #BINI_Coachella,” he noted.

Jeff highlighted Stacey’s charm and how her look shone through both her visuals and performance. “Somehow @bini_stacey is even more charming with her cotton-candy pink hair 😍 #BINI_CoachellaWk1 #BINI_Coachella”

Meanwhile, Jeff saw a sense of growth and composure with Aiah whom he first described as “tiny bit nervous” but then rose to the occasion.

“OK at first I thought @bini_aiah seemed a tiny bit nervous (which is understandable!!) but she pulled it off flawlessly and really came through omg.”

Gwen, on the other hand, delivered a performance that left a lasting impression on Jeff, with him even calling her a "true superstar."

“I don't think I've been more convinced of what a true SUPERSTAR @bini_gwen is than after seeing her at @coachella tonight. The aura, the look, the vocals, the raps, the hair, the everythingggg #BINI_CoachellaWk1 #BINI_Coachella.”

In another post, Jeff shared high-definition photos of the group, further delighting fans worldwide. Blooms were quick to react and share their gratitude to Forbes for seeing such qualities in the members.

The Forbes feature adds to a growing list of international recognitions for BINI. Ahead of their Coachella debut, the group also spoke with the Los Angeles Times, which noted that BINI “takes care with its stages as a platform for Filipino culture — it champions local fashion designers in stage outfits, and its backup dancers are from elite troupes in the Philippines” while introducing global audiences to “where they come from.”

Meanwhile, Rolling Stone had earlier included the group in its “20 Acts We Can’t Wait to See at Coachella” list, ranking them at 15th, before later giving positive feedback following their performance.

“Through all of their accomplishment, BINI consistently manifested their Coachella debut for years now, often listing the milestone as a dream they hope to achieve one day. Now, they finally and triumphantly have,” part of Rolling Stone’s article read.

Adding to the whirlwind of milestones, the group also received a surprise recognition from Billboard just hours before their set, as they were named among this year’s Global Force Award honorees at the Billboard Women in Music scheduled on April 29 (Pacific Time) at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, California.
