BINI is set to receive yet another major international recognition as they were named this year’s Billboard Women In Music Global Force honorees.
The announcement was officially posted early morning of April 11 on Billboard’s Instagram account, confirming the inclusion of the Nation's Girl Group among the artists to be honored for their global impact.

The timing added to an already milestone-filled day for the girls, who were set to perform at the renowned Coachella Festival 2026.
In 2024, Asia’s Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo also received the same Global Force distinction.
Aside from BINI, Canadian rock band The Beaches is also set to receive the same honor this year.
The prestigious Billboard Women In Music will be hosted by Keke Palmer and will also recognize a lineup of global artists with different honors, including Huntr/x (Woman of the Year), Ella Langley (Powerhouse), Kehlani (Impact), Laufey (Innovator), Mariah the Scientist (Rising Star), Tate McRae (Hitmaker), Teyana Taylor (Visionary), Thalia (Icon), and Zara Larsson (Breakthrough).
The event is scheduled to take place on April 29, 2026 (Pacific Time) at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, California.
Fans took to the comment section to express pride and excitement as BINI continues to receive international recognition and expand their global reach.

“SOBRANG NAKAKAPROUD OH MY GOD 😭😭😭😭 GO BINI! 🇵🇭🌸,” another wrote.

The latest Global Force recognition adds to BINI’s growing list of accolades from Billboard. Just last March 24, the group was named Powerhouse honorees at Billboard Philippines Women In Music, in recognition of their achievements over the past year.
During their acceptance speech, BINI leader Jhoanna expressed how the award gave deeper meaning to their journey.
“We didn’t fully understand what a ‘Powerhouse’ award really meant, pero kanina, habang pinapakinggan namin yung meaning niya, nakakakilabot kasi there are moments that we doubt ourselves,” wrote in a report from ABS-CBN News.
She added, “Pero itong moment na ito, it reminded us na ang success hindi na me-measure sa numbers. Hindi yan sa dami ng sumisigaw sa ’yo, hindi yan sa laki ng followers mo—wala yan doon.”
Jhoanna continued to emphasize consistency and resilience, saying: “It’s about consistency. It’s about showing up every day, kahit mahirap. It’s about creating songs even when no one is listening. It’s about keeping going even when no one is watching. And it’s about standing strong, especially as women in this industry.”
“For three consecutive years, Billboard PH has always supported us as artists—starting in 2024 as ‘Rising Star of the Year,’ 2025 as ‘Women of the Year,’ and this year as ‘Powerhouse’ honorees. Thank you so much,” she ended.

Meanwhile, BINI also celebrated another major milestone with the release of their third EP Signals on April 9, which recently went No.1 on iTunes.
Earlier on April 11 (PH Time), the group made history as the first all-Filipino act to perform at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
During their 45-minute set in the Mojave stage, BINI performed a dynamic mix of tracks, including “Shagidi,” “Zero Pressure,” “Out of My Head,” “Karera,” “Salamin, Salamin,” “Blink Twice,” “Cherry on Top,” “Blush,” “Bikini,” and “Pantropiko,” marking another defining moment in their global rise.
