After tying the knot last Sunday, March 1, celebrity couple Kim Molina and Jerald Napoles shared glimpses of their dreamy “mermaid wedding” held at a resort in Bohol.

In a joint Instagram post, the couple gave a peek into the intimate moments from their nuptials including an unexpected situation on the eve of the wedding.

“Hi, Kimmy! Before I begin I just wanna share that, I think everybody knows that my phone is broken. Just last night, the night before the wedding. It’s now gone. I actually wrote my vow there. I was ready 5 days before. I wrote my vow. There is no backup. I don't do iCloud,” Jerald said.

In another clip, Jerald shared that his phone went into total blackout hours before their wedding, prompting him to rewrite his vows on paper. “I prepared just last night and I guess it’s meant to happen so I can be more present and in the moment, more special.”

The Sins of the Father actor then reflected on his childhood dreams and how meeting Kim changed his perspective.

He went on: “Kaya kung napapansin mo, tuwing gabi kapag nagdadasal tayo, puro pasasalamat.

For her part, Kim looked back on their fated meeting during her stint on the hit musical Rak of Aegis 12 years ago.

“I entered a building that little did I know would eventually change my life. When I joined Rak of Aegis, I thought it will just be another show I’ll do before I leave everything art-related behind and pursue a different path.

She also joked about ignoring friendly advice that eventually led her to marrying Jerald. “‘Hi, I’m Jerald.’ Those were your first words to me noong pinakilala ka nila sa akin bilang love team ko sa Rak. Next thing I remember was nanay Kakai (Bautista) saying, ‘Kimverlie, lumayo ka dyan kay Jerald.’

Mahal na mahal kita aking sinta,” she expressed.

Another touching moment showed Kim getting emotional with close friend Dimples Romana while preparing for the ceremony. Jerald, meanwhile, shared lighthearted moments with his groomsmen, including Alden Richards, Pepe Herrera, and Nicco Manalo.

The two also had their messages for their parents as they embarked on their journey as husband and wife.

“To my mom, my best friend since birth. I'm excited to share more moments with you as I embark on this new journey and hopefully one day I become a mother as loving, as cool, as beautiful, and as strong as you,” Kim told her mom, Myra.

Addressing her father, Dr. Ronnie Molina, she said: “Daddy, I will be here. You will never lose me. You will never lose your baby girl. I love you both so much.”

Jerald also spoke about his dream for his mother, Teresita, who raised him: “Sabi niya (Pepe Herrera), ano ang naisip mo na hiling para sa sarili mo na lang. I want the remaining long years of her life, I want to give her all the best I can.

He then shared his message to his father: “Maraming salamat, Pa, dahil alam ko na mahal mo ako.
