Kapamilya actress Angel Locsin shared that her stepson, Joaquin Arce, has been bonding and chatting with her and Neil Arce right after his successful Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab 2.0 stint. On her X (formerly Twitter) account, she gave a glimpse of what her stepson has been up to, which delighted his fans who were waiting for updates.
Joaquin ended up as the Kapamilya Third Big Placer at the recently concluded PBB Celebrity Collab Big Night after garnering 16.94 percent of the total combined votes, taking home ₱300,000.

Angel revealed that they had been up all night after The Big Night on February 28 as Joaquin shared the experiences he had while he was inside the PBB house for several months. Alongside their conversations, the former PBB housemate’s family made sure to feed him all the food that he’s been craving.
“Stayed up till 2[am] yesterday — Neil finally slept around 3[am]. We were just talking to Joaquin with the family. It felt like he didn’t want the night to end — all of us huddled on the living room floor, eating whatever late-night food he’d been craving for months,” Angel shared.
Apart from hearing stories from inside the house, Joaquin’s family made sure to give him an update as well on what had been going on in the outside world after he stepped inside the PBB house.
“He’s so excited to share his stories from inside, and we’re doing our best to catch him up on the outside world after 4 months in the PBB house,” Angel said.
The Kapamilya actress then quipped how her stepson has been looking for a lapel mic at times and expressed her gratitude to everyone who supported him during his stint inside the PBB house.

Fans of Joaquin shared how heartwarming it is to see him catching up and bonding with his family after his PBB journey. Other netizens expressed how happy they are that the PBB housemate gets to have all the food that he wants now.
Angel has been supportive of Joaquin’s journey inside the PBB house and even in his acting career. Prior to the Big Night, the Kapamilya actress defended Joaquin over the "nepo baby" tag placed on him.
“Yung 12k na boto ko kay Joaquin sa buong journey nya, baka dagdagan ko ma-asar ko lang yung ibang makagawa ng issue. My son could have asked me for a project, but ang hiniling nya is mag audition sa PBB. Wag bitter. Nakakapanget yan,” she previously shared.
