Joaquin Enriquez celebrated his birthday in the most romantic way, spending the special occasion with his girlfriend, Maymay Entrata. The couple marked the milestone in Hawaii, which also coincided with their first Valentine’s Day together.
In an Instagram post, Joaquin looked back on the past year, sharing how much his life has changed through achievements he once only dreamed of achieving.
“Wow. Another year of life has flown by. During this last year, there were things in my life that I’d never dreamed of accomplishing. From being a college graduate to now being able to continue working full-time toward a dream I always had as a child—but never really had the opportunity to pursue until a couple of years ago—is something I would’ve never expected,” he began.
As he welcomed a new year with Maymay by his side, Joaquin said that meeting her stood out above everything else he experienced.
“But the greatest blessing this past year came from the absolute most unexpected place, which was meeting my person. I guess this truly goes to show that if you continue to put your heart, belief, soul, love, faith, and passion into the things you love, there’s absolutely nothing this world and God can’t offer you. What’s meant for you will come.”
He ended his message with optimism and gratitude, giving fans a glimpse of how he spent his birthday and Valentine’s Day. Along with his post were snaps from their recent trip together, including moments on the beach, riding a zipline, and swimming with a dolphin.

“There’s still a lot of growth, hardships, success, crazy people, sunshines, and rainbows to come but I truly believe in just being grateful for everything life has to offer. As I always like to say. Just keep BELIEVING AND EMBRACING IT ALL BABY. Here’s to another year of Life. Here’s a lil glimpse into how I spent my birthday with my Valentine. Thank you all for the birthday messages. ❤️”
Maymay responded in the comments with a short but touching message that delighted fans: “To my beautiful soul, I love you mahal ko.”
Earlier, Maymay also shared her own birthday post for Joaquin, featuring a video compilation of their moments together while traveling abroad. In her message, she highlighted what she admires most about him.
“The thing I love most about you is your heart. The way it’s filled with so much passion, so much courage, and so much strength. You don’t even realize how brightly you shine my love but I see it. I’ve always seen it.”
She assured Joaquin of her constant support as he continues to chase his dreams, saying that she “will always be right behind” him. Maymay went on to express pride in his perseverance, especially during challenging moments.
“Every step you take forward is a moment I’m proud to witness. Every late night, every sacrifice, every small win..I see it all. And I’m honored to stand behind you, cheering for you, believing in you even on the days you doubt yourself,” she wrote.
“And when life feels heavy… when the road gets hard and you stumble remember that God will be there to lift you, and I’ll be right there too. To remind you who you are. To remind you how strong you are. To remind you that you’re never walking alone,” Maymay continued.
Maymay concluded her message with a loving note saying that walking life with Joaquin has been a “privilege.”

The couple’s Valentine’s Day and birthday celebration comes after months of being apart, as both Joaquin and Maymay focused on their respective careers. Just last month, the couple also celebrated six months of being together.
