On February 14, Kim caught the attention of netizens when she posted a photo of a bouquet on Instagram with the caption, “Babae pala ako. 🌹✨😅🤭 Tenk yew. 🫡”. At the time, she did not reveal who sent the flowers, which immediately sparked curiosity among fans of the KimPau (her team up with Paulo Avelino) pairing.

The question was finally answered during the grand media conference of their series The Alibi: Ang Buong Katotohanan, when Kim was asked directly about the mystery sender.
Drawing cheers from fans and the media, she pointed to Paulo and said, “Siyempre sa kaniya.”
Paulo also confirmed the gesture himself, simply saying, “Sa akin.”
Kim then shared the meaning behind her previous Instagram caption.
She went on to explain that what touched her most was the thought behind the gesture.
It’s the thought that counts. Yung maalala ka,” she continued.
Kim was grateful to Paulo, to which the actor then responded warmly, “Masaya ako na masaya ka.”

The two also shared how they spent Valentine’s Day. Kim said that she stayed home and watched Netflix, specifically the South Korean reality TV series Single’s Inferno.
“Nanuod ako ng Netflix, yung Single’s Inferno,” she said.
Paulo, meanwhile, shared that he also spent the day at home.
Meanwhile, The Alibi: Ang Buong Katotohanan will make its debut on free TV via Kapamilya Channel, ALLTV2, and A2Z this coming March. The pairing is also set to stage their KimPau World Tour in California on April 24 at Redwood City and April 26 in Anaheim, and in Canada on May 1 in Edmonton and May 3 in Toronto.
