Filipino-American singer Bruno Mars and American pop superstar Lady Gaga topped the Billboard Global charts with their hit song "Die With A Smile," the magazine said Wednesday.
Based on the latest update, "Die With A Smile" is atop the Billboard Global 200 and they are also leading the Global Excl. U.S. chart.
According to a report by Billboard, "Die With A Smile" drew 97.2 million streams and has 12,000 sold units worldwide from August 23 to 29.
Since its inception in 2020, the Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts "rank songs based on streaming and sales activity culled from more than 200 territories around the world, as compiled by Luminate."
This is Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars’ first No. 1 each on the Global 200 since the chart began, they added.
In the Global 200 chart, Sabrina Carpenter followed at No. 2 for her new song "Taste" and was followed by "Espresso" and "Please, Please, Please," respectively.
Former chart topper "Birds Of A Feather" by Billie Eilish fell to the fifth spot followed by "Si Antes Te Hubiera Conocido" by Karol G and "A Bar Song (Tipsy) by Shaboozey.
Completing the Top 10 are "Good Luck, Babe!" by Chappell Roan, "Beautiful Things" by Benson Boone, and "Lose Control" by Teddy Swims.
"Die With A Smile" was a surprise release of Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga in August 2024, which is about how someone wants to be with their loved ones until they die.
