MANILA — Honey Royse Tubino is starting the new year by finding a new home.
Days after announcing she's parting ways with the Choco Mucho Flying Titans, Tubino officially joined Strong Group Athletics.
The group made the announcement on its official social media pages on Friday afternoon.
"Strong Group officially welcomes Honey Royse Tubino to the family! The veteran brings leadership and experience to power our young squads," Strong Group Athletics wrote in its post.
Tubino is among the four volleyball stars who recently parted ways with the Flying Titans, along with Aduke Ogunsanya, Bia General, and Cherry Nunag.
She spent one year with Choco Mucho, including a silver medal finish in the 2024 All-Filipino Conference.
The 32-year-old will either join the ZUS Coffee Thunderbelles or the Farm Fresh Foxies, teams under SGA management.
The 2026 Premier Volleyball League All-Filipino Conference opens on January 30.
