MANILA — After reaching the top of beach volleyball in the Southeast Asian region, Bernadeth Pons is "manifesting" another accolade.
Pons is hoping to claim another gold, this time in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL), as Creamline eyes a redemption tour in the 2026 All-Filipino Conference.
She is coming from a triumphant run in the 2025 SEA Games in Thailand alongside Sisi Rondina, besting home bets to rule the tournament.
"Exciting 'yung PVL ngayon, after nung gold namin sa SEA Games minanifest ko na rin 'yung ngayong PVL. Siyempre, inspiration din 'yung gold namin na 'yun," Pons told reporters during the press launch of the tournament.

While Pons is targeting another PVL trophy, the Far Eastern University standout said that she would still take it one day at a time.
Creamline is coming from a podium-less campaign in 2025 after winning a Grand Slam in 2024.

"So, sabi ko, another goal na naman ulit, gino-goal ko na makuha ulit this conference. Pero siyempre, sabi ko nga kanina we’ll take it one game at a time, focus muna kami sa training namin everyday, and kung sino 'yung mga unang makakalaban namin, 'yun muna," she said.
"Masaya ako na makabalik ulit sa Creamline, and excited ako sa dadating na PVL kasi nga kompleto 'yung team namin ngayon and lahat makakalaro," she added.
