MANILA — The Nxled Chameleons completed their rebuild for the 2026 season of the Premier Volleyball League (PVL).
This, as they announced the acquisitions of more Petro Gazz players following the champion squad's taking of leave of absence from the league.

Nxled has formally welcomed star spikers Brooke Van Sickle and Myla Pablo, as well as middle blocker MJ Phillips and promising setter Jules Tolentino for the upcoming 2026 season, the team shared Thursday.
Van Sickle is already looking forward to joining the Nxled fold.
"I mean, change is always good. I think it’s good to get out of your comfort zone and you know, we’re still grateful for Petro Gazz for having us join that family and unfortunately, it’s no longer a team but we’re really excited to be a part of Nxled and yeah, we’re just very excited," Van Sickle said.
"The gym atmosphere is really great and obviously the coaches are awesome and yeah, we’re just super excited," she added.

Phillips said she's excited to be under the tutelage of Italian coach Ettore Guidetti.
"Nxled, they [were] one of the bottom teams. So, it's gonna be a challenge, but we're all up for it. And I'm excited for an Italian coach. I've never been under an Italian coach before. And he has a strong background with coaching. So I feel like I have a lot to learn from him," said Phillips.

This also came after the Chameleons signed ex-Angels Bang Pineda, Jonah Sabete-Escamillan, Djanel Cheng, Ranya Musa, Nicole Tiamzon, AA Adolfo, and Jellie Tempiatura.
They also previously acquired the services of Aby Maraño and Joyme Cagande, who came from the now-defunct Chery Tiggo Crossovers, as well as Aduke Ogunsanya from the Choco Mucho Flying Titans.
