MANILA, Philippines – After stumbling in their last game against Cignal, Chery Tiggo bounced back by beating Nxled, 26-24, 25-15, 25-18, in the 2024-25 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) All-Filipino Conference on Tuesday at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig City.
After putting up a challenge in the extended opening canto, the Chameleons ran out of gas, conceding the next frame to the rallying Crossovers.

In the final frame, the Nxled side still put one last fight led by Chiara Permentilla, uncorking a 9-3 run from the 20-9 count, but Daps Dapol and Cess Robles were finally able to close it with consecutive kills for their second win.
"For me, siyempre masaya dahil coming from a loss, ngayon panalo kami. Masaya kasi nagta-translate yung tine-training namin," said coach Norman Miguel during the postgame press conference.
Robles top-scored for the Crossovers, listing 15 points built on 14 attacks, while skipper Aby Marano supported the firepower with an 11-piece, and Alina Bicar made the plays with 13 excellent sets.
Permentilla paced the Chameleons, who now fell to a 0-3 win-loss record.
Chery Tiggo (2-1) battles top team PLDT (3-0) next on December 3 at the Araneta Coliseum, while Nxled (0-3) faces Capital1 (0-3) sooner, November 30, at the same Pasig venue.
